Find any reason like if they offered you a scholarship you can say it or tell them about the strong comuter and information science program and if you can find any unique thing on their website that attract you talk about it but be sure that its simple and concise answer it's don't have to be vague. why the visa officer asks only one question and after that refusal. How they could judge a student with a single question?

First sentence should be straight sentence answer but extend after that about the “WHY”. That’s how I believe.
