I have served as CEO AIC NALANDA from 6th Sept 2021 till 4th Sept 2023 and have interacted with Startup Odisha. Where is the policy that lapsed in 2021 ? There were rumours that there were commissions demanded from Startups. I am not sure if Incubators paid. But NOTHING happened at O-Hub except E&Y treating that office as a club. Tower 2 was to be host to centre of excellence. Zilch. Nothing! O-Hub is an all expense paid retirement club. It was planned in Make in Orissa Dec 2022 that 100 incubators would be set up. I requested O-Hub for terms to set up incubators. Zero response ! Sad that something so engaging has been reduced to a bhoota kothi in terms of working for the startup ecosystem it worked AGAINST it.
