Lovedddd this dish. Looked soo tasty! But I had to mention just in case anyone is watching to really learn about cooking. We should definitely rinse rice because it’s usually a long journey before the rice is in our kitchen, thus it can pick up dirt and debris. But the water turns milky when rinsing NOT because of dirt but because we’re washing the starch off. That’s the MAIN reason why we rinse the rice, so there’s not too much starch left; preventing your rice grains from sticking together or in some instance mushy rice.
