I understand both of you and Beth's sides, I am bisexual myself and I'm dating a girl, a lot of people each know we are dating someone but don't know who, most people don't know I'm bisexual and I know when anyone finds out, it will go down hill. I'm scared of who I am, but I also understand that if I didn't tell my best friend I was bi, I wouldn't have anyone there for me. Keep staying strong.

wow. beth is by.... that is certainly shocking, but she shouldn't think that her own friend would tell her secret to the whole school, when they would just think she's lying. not only that, but Aria is her best friend. I don't think she would do that to beth. the best thing to do in that situation is to hear your friend out and except them for what lifestyle they choose. that is if you were a true friend, you'd even help them in their time of need, just as much as they would help you. as I have stated before in a previous comment on last episode, a person like Aaron is not worth the trouble and tears. he was bound to use Aria until she's was more sad and alone when they broke up. seeing that he had no remorse in telling her this, it proves that he had intended to only use her to create more misery and bitterness towards her from the start. to be honest and maybe slightly harsh, Aria walked into that, even after her best friend beth told her not to take Aaron seriously, but still, in the beginning, was sceptical of his advances to get her to say yes. now, on to the topic of her and her mom. they need to work on communication, or their relationship will suffer more than it already has. in the last episode, when Aria was counting to calm down her anxiety, her mother walked in on her and asked for certain if she was really counting. Aria confirmed this, but immediately dismissed her mother as their conversation was not very long. this shows that they never talk one on one and that her mother does not know about the possibility of her daughter having anxiety, nor has she been around Aria long enough to know when something's horribly wrong or of the off chance that Aria DOES have anxiety and never took her to get diagnosed, by any means. poor effort on the mother's part, that she clearly didn't discuss anything related to her own plans with Aria like how she didn't even mention the new shop or the plans for it, in the slightest. given Aria is nearly an adult in a couple years, you would think her mother would discuss these things with her daughter and not a town's person. though, Aria is not let of the hook, either. seeing that she doesn't make the effort to talk with her mother about her problems, but since she attempted to before, when it was dire situation, she was not taken very seriously. it was bad timing, then because it seemed as if she had a problem with it before when it was just her mom. now that its her, as well, her mother is in denial. scolding Aria for saying things that could give her father a bad name. but her mother that tries to hide her pain with concern for the father, instead of herself and her daughter is even more sad and cruel. people reading this, if you've seen this happen, or have it happen at home, and you're too scared to do anything about it, get help. or better yet, prevent it from happening. an abusive household is not healthy for anyone in that situation, and I implore you think a bit before allowing it to continue or start. that's all.

RunnurD&C Inc Yep. All of the episodes are based off of my life. I'd say 99% of it is from my life and the 1% that isn't are the names of people and the time it happened. For me all of this that happened I was in middle school/Elementary. Aria is in High school.

I know how you feel I really do, but it's been easier for me too believe and feel inspired. But the thing you need to think about is on what people say about you and stand up for your self. Most people think of me as a selfish person that should go to hell. I know some people like me and want to be my friend but they listen to other people. I wouldn't want to change myself for other people on them to like me. I hope I tried to inspire people out there but never listen to other people.
