If you really watch the rest of the show and look at Aria and Ezra's relationship you'll see how gross it was and how toxic they really were for each other. He groomed her and he knew her actual age before he actually met her. Therefore he's a predator. Sadly these things happen in real life.

He groomed her. Not only that but their relationship is just toxic. They’d always fight, break up, and get back together almost every few episodes. They did NOT have a healthy dynamic in ANY WAY. Neither of them knew how to properly communicate and fought over some of the dumbest things. Aria being immature made sense because in the beginning she was a TEENAGER, A CHILD. Ezra was a FULL GROWN ADULT who took advantage of a child. I don’t care if it’s fiction, it’s weird. You are weird.

People need to get thicker skin honestly, anyone who sees this FICTIONAL love story and uses it as an excuse to bring to the REAL WORLD is in serious trouble. I personally loved their story and love the fact that they stayed together and got a happy ending, it's totally fake made up to entertain and it absolutely did, anyone who sees it as an attempt of normalizing any kind of wrong behavior needs to get a life and grow the hell up. If you let TV and movies influence your life choices in any way you are so screwed, tv and movie are meant to entertain you with good and bad behaviors on display, but it's just that, entertainment to please you or piss you off ON PORPOISE, not for you to be gullible enough to take it to heart and use it as life goal expectations or lessons to inspire you. For those things you consume self help videos and go to therapy. Life is hard and unbearable sometimes, stop complaining about everything and just enjoy it for what it is FUCKIN FICTION.
