Had not heard the Soulja Boy claim, but I've seen a few others saying it's a copy of one thing or another. But like you guys said - there's a few things going into this as influences or themes or however one wants to term it. Tbh, I feel like it's better than a lot of the stuff she's done. More honest and less of just something to show off her vocal range.
