PROOF that singers dont just "scream" they hit notes and you could tell because the notes they're hitting sounds the same when put side by side and thats hard man. Demi's vibrato is actually one of her biggest issues. It blocks her from supporting and is very forced. Also pretty shaky at times. Ariana's vibrato is actually a lot better from a technical point of view. Less forced, more balanced etc. Demi still has something that Ari doesn't have : resonance

And when I DO hear it, it sounds so slight, so vague (to these ears, mind you). Maybe I'm just not listening hard enough? I don't know, but I seem to always hear her reach, hit and HOLD the note. And it never seems to waver.
