Those high notes she does at the end is called whistle register it's the highest register a person can sing in and it's basically something either you have or you don't the way how your vocal anatomy is it's like a muscle some people have more flexible muscles than others same applies to your vocal cords

When this performance came out I showed my family and told them how difficult it was to sing a whistle not let alone an entire chorus. They didn't believe me and attempted it and it was the funniest thing to listen to their fails and realize how right I was.
