How is Ariana so good at being perfectly on pitch (and when she isn't, it's on totally and obviously purpose 👌)? She's a ridiculously talented singer and I can't believe it took me until like 2 years to actually realize that. When I was in labor with my son, I was laying in the back of the car on my way to the hospital with my mother driving, and the father by my side. the radio was on and i remember thinking that "it was fucking awful pop music" , and then this song came on and it soothed me. i was actually kind of rocking to it, bopping my head like "fuck yeah". and its also the only song i remember now, 15 months later. My son was born after only four hours of labor. at least from i felt the first pain, and until he was out. we didnt make it to the hospital. and the first lines of this song is exactly what i felt holding my child in my arms, everything dark around us from the night... Just... ive never been more in the moment, more in touch with God. And that is what that song means to me. Thank you Ariana Grande!!!!
