hi.. as i remember for making that persian traditional drink ( tokhme sharbati ) is used which is basil seeds and when you mix it with water it has the same effect like chia seeds .

I am from Tehran and Vegan. One can make all the best Iranian dishes without use of meat, eggs or dairy. Even kookoo that is an omelet can be made by replacing eggs with one cup of chickpea flour (Besan flour) mixed with one cup of water. Your video is superb. Thank you for such great presentation of Iranian culinary heritage.

Ghaza-ye irani ra kheili dust daram. Man ham ghaza-ye krovati ra, bosniai ra, serbi ra, ham esloveniai ra kheili dust daram. Vaghti ke man, dar Iran budam, man ziyad ghaza-ye irani ra kharidam va khordam. I really like iranian food a lot. I also like bosnian food, croatian food, serbian food, and slovenian food as well a lot. When i lived in Iran, i was buying and eating a lot of iranian food. I absolutely like it.

You're so talented👏 by the way Ariana jan, I think the big problem we have is what to cook and prepare and how to serve Persian foods to people of other countries, manily the stews that taste great, but might not look that tempting. Any idea about this? I loved it when I saw they mixed ghormeh sabzi with rice at that restaurant. Great idea👌👌
