Ariane, Your new hair cut is cute! Love your demonstration of cupcake fizzies and how to frost. I think each region as you state alters the recipe depending on moisture in the air. i have made some, put them in the freezer only to take them out and watch them melt. I make foot scrub cookies for myself with those. Karen of Eden's Secret had a theme of "where do you live" video's. I would love to see your island! Seeing where you live is my request for a video- -beautiful colors on your products!

I don't understand. Do you remove the frosting before you put in the tub? Would the sugar not make you rather sticky? I just never saw this before. This is a new one to me.
@yorelnaturals10 жыл бұрын
No you do not have to remove the frosting before putting it in the tub. It will dissolve in the water. It will not be sticky because the water to sugar ratio. The water wins!!

If people don't like the idea of a sugary icing you could make a topping out of body butter you can use it as a bath melt or take it off the cupcake and rub over your body. Theses are really cute I love using both a sugar topping and a body butter topping just depends on what I wanna do.
@aieshaphillips27489 жыл бұрын
+Natasha Winfield Hi, how would you make the frosting with butters please explain. I think this idea is better so women do not have the issue of sugar and vaginal issues? thanks in advance for your feedback!
@lizzyboo32699 жыл бұрын
+Aiesha Phillips if you go to body shop their body butters already have a creamy texture and if whipped should start to become more of a frosting texture
@electriccitysoapworks44968 жыл бұрын
The body butter will work is mostly cocoa butter. Still if sniping it can melt which is why many people use the royal icing the customer can remove. Whipped soap is another option if you have time to cure before selling.
@aieshaphillips27488 жыл бұрын
whipped soap sounds like a great idea! thanks

Hello, thank you for the videos they are so helpful! I'm a beginner when it comes to making bath and body products and I want to use as many natural ingredients as possible. Other than salt and sugar for body scrubs, I've never used food products in any of my scrubs or bath bombs. I was wanting to try a new scrub and thought I would try lime juice, I'm thought I would reach out since I have seen you use food products in this and other videos and wondered if you ever used lemon or lime juice and if it was 1st safe and 2nd if it effected the products shelf life (since it has food items in it would it some how spoil?) Thank you for any help you can pass along

Hello, your bath fizzies are so lovely! Unfortunately mine didn't turn out well, the frosting all fell down (mine look like mushrooms) and didn't harden despite the freezer. Please tell me where I went wrong. I made 3 cupcakes and for the frosting I used: 2-3 tbsp Meringue Powder (by Wilton) 1/4 tsp Cream of Tartar (Lorann Gourmet) 4 tbsp hot water 200-300 grams of powdered white sugar Then I mixed everything and started beating with an electric beater adding sugar slowly. I also had to use a liquid white gel colorant (I use it for cakes)- a few squirts because my meringue mixture was yellowish and it even had some grey tiny spots or particles in it (Meringue powder was newly opened though and had same yellow colour and particles in it - maybe it went bad???). I beated until the peaks stood up firmly in the mixture and then piped the frosting on top of the cupcake base, decorated them and put them in the freezer. In the freezer the frosting fell down and started leaking down. Can you help me and tell me what went wrong? Also, I remember when making meringue from scratch from real egg whites and sugar, I would put the meringues into the oven at 100 C where they would sit for about 2 hrs till they harden. How is the frosting here is suppose to harden? Cuz of the freezer and then open air overnight? Thank you!!!
