I heard this in 2008 and I would make everyone I know listen to it. I fucking still love Ariel probably now more than ever. Best pop musician of the past 20 years hands down. Him and Sean Nicholas Savage are god tier pop musicians.

That's exactly the feeling this and a few other of his songs give me. Like that song Let's make a campfire there, when I first heard it I swore I'd heard it before. It felt so familiar like a feeling of deja vu.

@@christopherwalker6056 It's because Ariel's music tends to be very derivative of typically obscure music, and recording practices, from the past. Like, Bright Lit Blue Skies sounds like it came out in 1967, but was only big in Amsterdam or something, and Fright Night sounds like 1982 or so to me, with an obvious 80's horror movie title as it's title.

I read somewhere that he (Ariel) thought that this was a real breakthrough song for the band, in terms of everything coming together artistically. You can kind of hear it, I think.
