There's another woman that filed a case against him due to something similar on his yacht. Her car was then firebombed, her house was vandalized and she subsequently dropped the case. An innocent man doesn't resort to these tactics. These are the tactics used by Diddy. Is there a possibility that he's innocent? Sure, but I'm skeptical. If it was just a one off allegation that would be one thing but there has been countless allegations. In regards to saying the woman was looking for a payday, in Ireland the loser of the lawsuit has to pay and she was only awarded around $200K which is nothing. Why would she risk so much for 200K? Why is it that you don't hear about this stuff happening to Tom Brady, LeBron James, and even Tyson Fury? I'm sure they all like to party and cheat on their wives too.

I’m glad that you bring up this fact of cheating on their wives as well, which is a very niche but I think relevant fact here. Absolutely no question that Brady, Bron and Fury have committed adulterous acts. But NEVER have they been accused of what Conor is being accused of. Whether it’s simply the fact that Conor is a man, is wealthy, or is just scum, he seemingly has an incredible issue with being told no. To the point where he is violent against women. Conor is a mental case. The Italian DJ and the woman in the boat both said they were all cool with Conor and all of a sudden Conor flipped and turned violent. The DJ was chilling and partying with Conor for hours and said everything was chill, then BAM Conor attacked him and broke his nose. The woman said the same thing. They were having a nice turn and then he turned aggressive and violent. We saw a glimpse of this in the bar video. I’m betting something similar happened with Nikita. She consented to some sort of sexual activity (such as giving oral), but she was on her period and wasn’t comfortable. Conor pushed himself on her and turned brutally violent. That’s when she went defend mode and just tried to survive.

Imagine if she lost the case, she’d be liable for Conor’s legal fees and go bankrupt. Also, she’s confirmed to be the same woman that refused a $1MM payout a few years ago. If she wanted a payday, she would’ve just taken the safe offer. She risked it all and endured so much (her new BF was stabbed, her home broken into) to have her day in court. As shady as she was 6 years ago, she didn’t deserve what she went through. She put herself in danger, lied to her boyfriend but still her story is more believable than Conor’s. It took a lot of courage to go through ht all.

Very strange case, the evidence points both ways to a degree as iv followed here in Ireland, from a medical point of view she seemed to be in a bad way and everything points towards violence/assault you can get pretty athletic in the bedroom and there`s usually no marks/signs of trauma so the physical evidence and her physiological state after and up to now points towards rape. The judge and jury witnessed all the pics videos and testimony so you'd have to side with the verdict. Mrs Hand was acting questionably, out for 2 days drinking drugs away from family etc, but that's her prerogative. shes free to act however she wants and people can view that whatever way they want, the rape question should be separated from that behavior, its just odd that her memory is bad over a long period, it would make you question certain things shes recalling, like the James Lawrence case wasn`t judged in her favour....and during the rape there was a lot of witnesses, her friend and Lawrence were there and 2 security guys who were checking the room every 15 minutes, just seems odd that none of there testimony backs up her side of things, now 3 out of the 4 witnesses could be seen to be on Mcgregors side though and certain parts of his testimony seemed to be designed to explain away some of her claims, like the physical injuries are irrefutable, so Mcgregor added in the trial that she jumped into the bath in the hotel room which he hadn't mentioned in his statement which was the cause of her bruising, also you would have guessed that Daniele would of been key in her case but wasn't really part of her side? Neither Mcgregor nor Hand seem very trustworthy so it does leave question marks, but you have to side with Mrs Hand, rape is truly the worst thing you can do to a human being, bar murder them so i don't think she would have pursued justice to this extent with everything she`s had to go through and will go through, unless she was violated. and you have to remember the time this happened as well it was around the Khabib fight and i dont think Mcgregor was doing well at that time he was particularly nasty and not likeable, ko`ing russian guys in sparring and going on a benders afterwards was his training camp, and goading Khabib with alcohol etc and just generally being horrible, i don't think anyone really liked that version of him as that point, so its not a stretch in my view, that after booking a hotel room to use and going on a drink and drugs binge, he was left by his other female company at 6.30 in the morning... so he called up a girl who was sending him pics earlier in the night bring her to the hotel, she turns him down, after going so far, so he forces the issue, i think that's what really happened.
