I remember watching this 10 years ago and I absolutely hated her prelims performance. She looked creepy especially in evening gown in that hairduo and that smile. But in the Finals thank god she changed her hair and she gave fierceness expressions

That prelim hair brought her evening gown score to the low Top 20s. Her overall prelim score could have landed her on the Top 15 but below Top 10. But since the official Top 15 consists of Top 10 prelim score + 5 Trump picks, they put her on the online votes. Those votes saved her and she listened by dropping her hair down. PS. Her prelim swimsuit performance is Topnotch.
