Sooo much chaos as i traveled to Mexico this week to watch eclipse. Definitely needed to hear this to move past the chaos. Love love love always! I find for myself that when I’m focusing on my breath & trying to get into my heard space some how exhaling with intention & actually sighing or having your tongue on the roof of your mouth literally slips you into your heart space. It took practice for me to get there & try different sigh’s if thst make sense but this helped me with getting into my heart space with breathing maybe it will or can help anyone else interested ❤
