I’ve been feeling exactly like that the past few days. Very anxious and overwhelmed with thoughts, feelings, life decisions. Like my adhd is triggered and ultra heightened. I’ve been doing things to help ground myself, like isolation for clarity, meditation, self care baths, praying, stretching, breath work, reading. It works for a time being but then it comes right back.
