Wow, this couldn’t be more spot on! I don’t think I gave my Rising sign as much credit as it deserved. When I was younger my home life was very chaotic, so much so that I ended up helping take care of my sisters during my preteen/teen years. I’ve also had a lot of “tests” and loss in my life - but I’ve learned that there isn’t anything I can’t handle. Unfortunately, I now have trouble asking for help, but I’m working on it! Thank you for validating some of the stuff I have been feeling. I finally decided to take my life back at 29. My childhood was hard to understand. I was neglected and I didn't speak up. Tons of foster homes but finally adopted at 14 long after my coping mechanisms were in place. I then married at 19 to a man that ended up abusing me. In my journey I am learning that the more I open up the more love seeps through. Physically I have high cheek bones, fair skin even for a Latina. My eyes are stricking and I feel more masculine. I feel I am becoming so sick of living life scared and living life based on other people’s expectations that the will to fight is beginning to come out. I had to get out of several toxic dangerous relationships many times alone..... In order to rebuild myself, I had to be vulnerable with myself first.. feel the deep emotional, physical pain accumulated from more than 20 years. Meet the need that were not met, inner child work, shadow work on trauma, isolate myself when I was doing this, make the conscious choice to be at the center of my story. Then when I was capable of self-love I started to attract healthy people, was not easy to trust, but I learn was real love is. I love the extreme confidence from being an Aries rising I don’t hate anything about my Aries rising, but I do hate when I interact with insecure people who go out of their way to attempt to make me feel less than because of my level of confidence. I learned to be independent at a very young age. I noticed that no one was going to do certain things, and that it was going to have to be me to take responsibility for my care and upbringing. i had a very difficult childhood (very high ACE score). difficult adolescence and felt like i grew up way too fast. i feel like i have had a very accelerated life. im only 33 and i feel like i have the confidence of someone with at least a decade more life experience than me. i have been through so much in my relatively short life. i think i was afraid of being alone.. it led me to an abusive partner as a teenager. surviving that and connecting to my will to live has really been the impetus for my growth.

I'm a Taurus, Aries rising and this is spot on. My life has required me to overcome many hardships and each gaining more courage. When I was 18 I fell into an abusive relationship, I found courage to leave then at 30 fell into a way worse situation with an abusive husband. Really really bad anyhow finding the courage to stand up for myself was definitely something I learned from the first mistake, and kept with me over the years. Fiercely independent especially when it comes to home repairs and maintenance another thing I learned early on. I've always done me but a real giver to many. Rejection is what I was terribly afraid of as a young girl, hence the losers. Not open to many or vulnerable only about 2 people. Oh honey, when you talk about the environment we were born into and the need to be independent and situationally aware.... I felt that to my bones. Feeling an ambition for success is so true as well. My environment was very chaotic, dangerous and a lot of that had to do with our lack of resources. We were impoverished and I was hyper aware of that. Wow. This is incredibly accurate. I am a cancer sun & moon with an aries rising. I almost burnt into tears when you were describing how aries carry themselves with so much power because I can relate to many traits of my rising sign besides carrying a powerful energy. I am not very confident when presenting myself to others (I have pretty low self esteem) but I am confident when I feel comfortable in personal situations or at home (I'm very introverted). My life circumstances created many fears for me as a child and now as an adult that I am still working through understanding but it has made me fiercely independent almost too much sometimes out of not being able to rely on others (I learned this very early). I feel this independence I have acquired is almost false because it comes from a negative place but I have a very hard time letting others into my life/help me/be a team player/be social. All the positive attributes of the aries I feel are very true to the person I would be without the constant fear. I am working every day to claim the power I know I have deep down. I have tremendous patience but it has ridiculous tenacity to it. My parents were a wreck and deeply neglectful. Aries Rising, Cap Sun, Cap Stellium, Moon AND Mars in my first house (but in Taurus) I have a first house interception. 100% spot on. I can be vulnerable, but not with many people, and I have to deeply love and trust the person to do so. The flip side is if that person hurts me, it’s 10 times more painful, because it took everything I had to let them in to begin with. If I attempt to be vulnerable, and it’s blown off, or rejected as not wanted / important, it’s a huge opportunity missed for that person, and not likely to be offered again. With my Taurus Moon sharing my first house, I can be very romantic, extremely sensual, and sentimental. I do lack water in my chart, with only Saturn at 0 degrees Cancer as my only water placement, but I have strong earth, air and fire that bring the emotions, grounding, and passion. I can be very emotional, but I have to trust to do so. I think because of the lack of water, the hurt doesn’t just move away as easily as it seems to for others. I have found that I’ve had to literally shut off my heart to function, and then slowly open it back up to work through the pain of heartbreak. It’s a long and extremely painful process. This is specifically why I don’t participate in meaningless sex/intimacy with random people. The trust built becomes paramount, and you learn real quick when you’re built this way, that it’s just not worth it, because otherwise you’re just handing someone a butcher knife and permission to go after your heart. Because I was diagnosed with an autoimmune disorder at age 36, that has really slowed me down. I physically can’t be the Aries I once was (as you described). That initially caused some serious depression and then acceptance. Although, 14 years later, I still get frustrated that I just don’t have the energy to do everything I want to do. Perhaps that’s one of the obstacles I was meant to fight? Despite my blood work indicating an aggressive form, I’m still doing really well, and I’m grateful everyday, so I’ve learned to show myself some grace when needed, and cut myself some slack. The only other thing that’s a little bit different is the fashion. I do like to dress up, especially if I’m going out for the evening on the town, but otherwise, I typically dress for comfort. Don’t get me wrong, I like to take care of myself and look nice, but I no longer go all out every day, and that’s just another way that I conserve energy. If I didn’t have an auto immune disorder, I would be right back to dressing the way I used to. 😊

When I was a child I’d counsel my parents and the people around me. Others relayed on me. I encouraged others sooo much. I go away by myself to encourage myself. True! The scapegoat and “the truth teller” in a family of either narcissists or enablers I became spiritual at a very young age and pretty much raised myself. I’ve overcome at least 20 major life traumas. My life has been more difficult than anyone I know, except for my Aries husband, however, he’s undergoing a narcissistic collapse and is a covert malignant narcissist I’m escaping from, despite just how much I love him.

This is so true as an Aries rising with a Leo moon in Aquarius sun : we will always get back up from a fall we will never stay down on the ground mentally spiritually & physically like for example I just got hit by a car off my bike of course I fell on the ground but I didn’t stay for long like after 5 sec I hop back up on my feet in start trying to walk it off because something in me wouldn’t let me sit there on the ground in pain something within my soul told me to get up in walk it off no matter how bad the pain it then when I fell of my scooter I didn’t stay on the ground not even 1 sec I jumped right back on my scooter started riding away In laughing at my fall in how fast i bounce back on my feet I just love being An aries rising we are definitely special

Hi I’m an Aries rising and everything you said was so accurate! I was raised into a very religious home. My mom met my “dad” when she was pregnant with me and my 2 year old sister. My mom was only 21 and he was 31. He was a pastor. He programmed us to believe my mom and her family were witches, he put me and my siblings against each other. The instillment Of god and religion made me afraid of everything as a child. I had to be something I wasnt to please a higher power and my father. But I knew who I wanted to be. I was the middle child, struggling in school and disassociating because I knew what they were teaching me was either pointless or the teacher didn’t care to teach what was actually important. So instead I would spend time helping friends or adults with their personal life, giving them advice, talking to people in chat rooms. Creating my own reality. But Then after school i had to survive an unpredictable mentally ILL pastor after school. I didn’t know how to be myself. It wasn’t until I graduated and turned 19 I found out my father was sexually assaulting my older sister most of our lives. And it eventually made me realize he was abusing all of us but were so programmed to think this was love, this is was normal and while he was mind fucking everyone he knew. Shortly after, my two closest friends were killed in a car accident. It wasn’t until then where I realized there HAS to be more to life. There is no way this is the only reality. My siblings and I safely escaped from him and that past reality. I publicly exposed what he did on Facebook. I started learning about astrology, living in my truth, owning and facing all the things that I have gone through. I created my own KZbin channel where I plan on helping others around the world realize there is more to this reality than we truly think. I Am not here for no reason and my voice will be heard. My mission is to become a leader. I naturally rebel against the social norms and believe everyone should! Who cares who or what it disrupts! My chart is in synastry aries rising 6 degrees. I think I’m a good team player. I try to give people the chance to lead but deep down inside I believe I should do it because I’m better at it lol 🫣😂. It is hard sometimes because we are both young, but I am an old soul. So sometimes I feel like I have to teach him.. But I admire him because he provides for his family, strong and a protector and I admire that because I’m very tiny and short and don’t feel safe unless he’s right there and helps ground me when I want to disconnect from life (he’s a Virgo and I’m definitely showing him this video lol)Thank you for this video it was 10000% accurate.

Aries rising, libra sun here. Very challenging life and many traumatic experiences since childhood. I always led my own way and was never scared of going at anything alone. I was the first at doing many things, but I never competed against anyone except myself. It was not easy for family to accept my ability to blaze my own trail without seeking permission or approval. Despite all adversities and challenges, I push myself through the darkest times of my life and emerge stronger and wiser. It’s hard for me to share my pain and vulnerability with other people, and I hate to appear weak or dependent on anyone. I am independent, direct, determined, and focused on growing in my own purpose; but I am not selfish. In fact, I love motivating, empowering and supporting other people even though I struggle to receive the same. My upbringing was full of neglect and abandonment, and I couldn’t rely on anyone around me, which became a source of motivation to provide for myself and succeed on my own. Sometimes I wish I could relax, open up, and experience what it’s like to be taken care of, instead of always being so intensely self-reliant.
