I was told a few years ago by a psychic that someone back in the "mother land" had someone perform some dark magic on my grandmother out of jealousy and that it was a very strong curse that unfortunately has been carried on through the generations. She said that my family line is usually lucky but the curse makes everything very challenging with a lot of dark moments.
