So grateful for you!! 🙏 and all of what I did yesterday makes so much sense now. Which I welcome anyone to do this. I decided and felt the urge to put on music, (spiritual chanting music) for an hour and I did the type of dance where you move energy through the body. Dancing not for beauty or dance moves you’ve ever learned, but for feeling and healing and releasing trapped emotions, trauma, and feelings. ~It looks and feels very different. I did this with a twist…with middle fingers up and a lot of F U’s and F offs!! I told anything that no longer served me ~ all the bullying I went through as a child, lack mentality, low self esteem, fear, and anything I could feel or think about or that came up, (and it was a lot) (even with all the many many years of therapy and spiritual work I’ve done) it all individually got the middle finger and a big loving F off and a wave goodbye/release. At the end, I invited all the positive things in me that I always wanted to be, feel, and to all these qualities that I already had and didn’t honor…I honored. Then I moved that all back into my space and gave power to what has been wanting to shine in me, since I was a child. I ended it with loving mantras, and infused some Qigong movements in, some Ho’oponopono, and gave myself a long hug. Something I did beforehand was I took a salt bath (with water safe and non toxic) crystals in the bath, if you have no bathtub, you can scrub yourself with salt in the shower (I used Epsom salts) head to toe. Let it sit there for a minute and then rinse off. When you get out, put a rose hip seed oil or apricot seed oil all over your body. I also deep cleaned my space and then energetically cleansed my space with Sage and sacred incense and Ho’oponopono’d my space as well. Highly recommend this to anyone. I promise you ….you will feel different. Much love to you all and thank you so much again for your beautiful insight and work you do. 🙏💞💫💚🦋🙏

You are the only other person I’ve heard that talks about your extra sensitivity to so much. I am the same way!! 2015-2022 were the most intense. I somehow have become a bit less sensitive as I was. I almost had to just be alone in a bubble for so many years. The last 1-2 years I’ve been able to handle a little bit more. Appreciate and love your wisdom so much ! Thank you. Also side note. When you spoke about the vulnerability in Aries energy, I really felt that. Being the frontrunner for new ideas and charging forward with heart on our sleeve, can be exhausting and terrifying. I'm like you when it comes to the beauty of each tarot card you pull: every new video you share here is my favorite video of yours, and each time I have the pleasure of seeing one, I am more impressed and more proud of watching this beautiful soul sister step even more fully into her own divine craft. And that makes me feel like I can, too. ❤ I stumbled across a video recently where two lovely ladies were discussing the energetics around the coming eclipse, particularly Chiron, which the one had written an entire book about. She made the point that, in older times, Aries was often depectied, not as the ram, but as the lamb. Aries energy was equated more with the fresh, vibrancy and innocence of a child...rather than the more modern idea of a flag-planting warrior who could potentially come off as egotistical. 🙄 Shallow interpretations bore me at best. And kind of anger me at worst for lazy thinking. Which is why every video Sarah makes on the subject is my very favorite one.
