I literally have been texting a friend about my frustrations and fears. I hate my dental job. I have been wanting to get back into esthetics and have been working 2x a week. I LOVE it. Pray. Whatever your religion is, just take 20 minutes out of your day maybe twice a week and sit with god. Thank him for life, ask for forgiveness, acceptance, and ask him to remove any curse that has been placed upon you. Ask to be protected from all enemies trying to harm you and guide you in the right path then watch life just flow. Do it with your whole heart. I’m Hindu so I listen to bhajans and chant mantras and it really calms me before praying. It sets the whole day :)
