Love your readings and guidance. I'm trying to stop myself from using labels, I feel like the narc word is used at the throw of a hand these days. There are so many labels in society and it causes division, and I'm sure you've noticed that hey keep adding more to society. I think it's better to describe the behaviour or person, ie they are showing narcissistic behaviour rather than the label. Sometimes people hurt others because of their own hurt, not necessarily because theye a narcissist. I've been so guilty of labelling people and it's one of the things that contributed to me having a breakdown, ...the unfair judgements, labels placed on me that weren't true etc. Here I was doing the same to others, the pain it caused me was immense , and I was doing exactly the same.
