I live in Arizona 😂. I have grass in the back and the mowers come weekly and make a lot of noise. I am in the middle of a huge change at work and was feeling anxious. It is unkown what is going to happen with new leadership, but I am transmuting all the negative energies into what I have been building in spirit. I am having more time, oddly, because I am working a lot of hours. Releasing the thoughts that don't align with me anymore in a big way. My daughter saw a yellow bird today. We sing a lot 😂❤. I retired June, 2023 and a year later still feeling kind of lost. To go from great job and being super busy to super slow down is hard to balance.
