You should also check out songs from his own label 'Oriyon music' that he started in 2020. He actually directs his own videos, appears sometimes in those too, composes his own songs and writes them sometimes too. The cinematography and everything is also done by him. Also do you know that Arijit has already directed a Bengali feature film (two parts) that even got selected in some international festival. He actually has a passion for directing so he does that in hiw music videos on that label.🔥

You both HAVE to listen to "Safar" from Jab Harry Met Sejal! It's one of my favorite Arijit songs, and probably one of his most underrated. It fits the style of an Anglo-American indie pop song, so it didn't do too well in India. But it's amazingly sung by Arijit (and the lyrics are great). It's not a song that's meant to show off his vocals, it just sets an incredible vibe that's really well controlled. Also, on the "Love Storiyaan," the Kesariya lyrics are in very poetic, formal Hindi, so the inclusion of English was jarring at first. Then it became a bit meme-ified, people started making jokes and videos about it which made it viral. I honestly think that helped the song gain even more popularity (not that it needed it) and once it started getting played on repeat everywhere, people got used to the "love storiyaan" and forgot about it.
