Bro is it fine to do ACCA from institution and a distance bcom in finance from IGOU. Will my year get wasted? will companies prefer ppl studied regular bcom than distance? is it possible to pass bcom in finance only by ACCA knowledge or do you have to study extra?

Is absolutely fine to do bcom distance, actually you will be saving your year by doing so. Passing bcom with the knowledge of ACCA is possible but you have to refer to bcom subjects as the format will be different and there can be extra topics, if you go through the subjects atleast once you will able to understand.
