Lied auf Englisch nett gesungen aber Hit Potenzial ?? das Video hier vielgelobt naja nur gute 2 Minuten auf ein weißes Bettlaken räkeln habe immer gewartet ob noch was passiert im Video das reicht heute nicht mehr um aus der Masse heraus zu stechen was immer wichtiger wird da Fernsehen eigentlich so gut wie wegfällt für Englischsprachige Lieder. Echte Fans wird das nicht stören die Masse der Musikfans schon.

Arina did already try a very different style, yet the reactions had been rather mixed, shall we say, despite not having feared to take some risks. wise people experiment with and test out new things, you know. this song is meant to be nothing more and nothing less than an emotional template ready to be filled with all the various own and personal stories of the (sensitive) listeners to this song. (consider her blanket as a symbol for an emotionally blank canvas where you can gently place your own feelings and projections on a cushy and safe space and are taken care of and can develop on their own alongside Arina, who-unlike some still patrolling her orbit-never exercised any form of hostility towards no one.) (yeah, this might exclude the ignorant ones; which in today's world could outright lead to getting flagged or marked for low accessibility, I guess 😅) to summarize and conclude, a viewer's reception and subsequent critique and/or judgment tells much more about the listener saying so than it does about the artist having created the work. now you know 😃 and globally "speaking," a not insignificantly higher fraction of people command English over Styrian. -- edit: I found a bit of an analogy to this music video. remember them olden days when the bunny magazine used to be a thing? it was a source of inspiration but required some form of mental effort by the "reader" to fill in the gaps with one's own imagination. that's basically what this video asks its viewers as well. but today's overconsumption of all sorts of content makes the brain a bit mushy, it looks like.
