When I was a teenager of 15yrs I did discover Stratovarius when they released "Visions", which was actotal blast to me. At some point I was starting to look some more good bands out there and I heart the demo tape of Sonata Arctica. This was of the same style of music I love so much, but something totally different and inspiring to me. Listening now to this somg reminds of my experience I has with Sonata Arctica, when I was young. Great stuff, looking for more.

You guys are great. I manage a singer by the name of Piet Arion. Somehow I was brought to your channel and I am glad. I am on your third song, I started off at a ballad three songs back. Hi, actually all music is appreciated in the Nordic Countries. There are everything from classical music like Sibelius, pop like Abba and Tove Lo, Tango in Finland, Eurovision with 5 Nordic winns since 2006, EDM like Avicci and Kygo. And yes there is a big interest in metal since the 70/80:s. Many of us grew up with metal. About your viking theory... Yes, we like beer and music and ti have a good party deom time to time 😀

Partly. The other reason is power metal is nearly dead in America. Yeah we have Kamelot, Dteam Theater and a few others but new bands nope. Europe has been the place to go for new metal.
