[Arirang Special] Hipstagram - Episode1: Seoul with NINE.i (힙스타그램 - 1편: 서울 with 나인아이)

Promote the charms of Korea!
NINE.i, a rising idol group and representative of Generation MZ, is given a mission!
Create a short form production diary at tourist sites!
After watching popular short forms presented on social media, they must personally visit the featured sites, and eat, feel, and experience the things offered there to create short forms exclusive to NINE.i.
The members of NINE.i are divided into two teams, with Episode 1 taking place in Seoul, the capital of Korea, with members Taehun, Eden, Seowon, and Vari, and Episode 2 based in Gunsan, Jeollabuk-do Province and Yesan, Chungcheongnam-do Province with members Jewon, Minjun, Vahn, Joohyoung, and Jiho, where they travel around uniquely charming traditional markets, must-visit regional landmarks, and tourist attractions to gain inspiration for their short forms befitting the distinctive ideas of Generation MZ.
For Episode 1 based in Seoul, they gathered in front of Seoul’s landmark Namsan Tower early in the morning, and hung up a love lock wishing for a bright future for the members and their fandom, and enjoyed a full view of Seoul while going down the mountain by cable car.
Later, they visited Gwangjang Market of a 100-year history, which is the leading conventional market in the downtown area and a traditional market much loved by foreigners. Even on Monday, the day of the shoot, it was teeming with foreigners and tourists, and they filmed short forms while eating mung-bean pancakes, beef tartare & chopped raw octopus, addictive gimbap, and stir-fried rice cakes.
Next, NINE.i visited Seoul Folk Flea Market! The site was picked among the “Top 10 K-Tourism Markets” by the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism and the Korea Tourism Organization to vitalize regional tourism and promote the charms of traditional markets, and boasts a unique arrangement of traditional items and modern items divided into 7 rainbow color concepts. Most notably, the theme zone of Youth Street No. 1 is located on the 2nd floor with a reproduction of Seoul’s shopping district of the 1960s-70s, offering unique attractions. NINE.i looked around Seoul Folk Flea Market’s antiques as if they had traveled through time to the past, and even wore old school uniforms to play traditional games.
Next, they visited Bukchon Hanok Village! NINE.i dressed in hanbok attire blended well with the traditional background to create a stunning scene, and they wrapped up the one-day trip by looking at small and charming shops and tasting desserts in Ikseondong Hanok Village.

SNS에 노출되는 인기 숏츠 영상을 보고, 그 장소로 찾아가 직접 먹어보고 느껴보고 체험해보며 '나인아이'만의 특별한 숏츠 영상을 제작한다.
'나인아이'는 멤버들을 두 팀으로 나눠 1편은 대한민국 수도 서울에서 태훈, 이든, 서원, 베리가, 2편은 전라북도 군산과 충청남도 예산에서 제원, 민준, 반, 주형, 지호가 전통시장이 가진 고유의 매력과 지역에서 빼놓을 수 없는 랜드마크, 관광지까지 여행하며 MZ세대만의 톡톡 튀는 아이디어로 숏츠를 제작하는데...
1편인 서울에서는 아침 일찍 서울의 랜드마크, 남산타워 앞에 모여 멤버들과 팬클럽의 밝은 미래를 기대하며 사랑의 열쇠를 달았으며, 케이블카를 타고 내려가며 서울 시내의 모습을 눈에 담았다.
이후 찾은 100여년 역사를 간직한 도심 재래시장의 대명사이자, 외국인들에게 많은 사랑을 받는 전통시장인 광장시장을 찾았다. 촬영일인 월요일에도 외국인들과 관광객들로 붐비는 시장에서 빈대떡, 육회 탕탕이, 마약김밥, 떡볶이 등을 먹어보며 숏츠를 제작했다.
이어 '나인아이'가 찾은 곳은 서울풍물시장! 서울풍물시장은 문화체육관광부, 한국관광공사가 선정한 지역관광 활성화, 전통시장의 매력을 알릴 ‘K-관광 마켓’ 10선 중 하나로, 전통적인 물품과 현대적인 물품을 7가지 무지개색 콘셉트로 분류한 이색적인 시장이다. 특히, 2층에 6~70년대 서울 상점가를 재현한 테마존인 청춘1번가가 있어서 볼거리가 많은 것이 특징이다. '나인아이'는 서울풍물시장에서 과거로 여행온 듯 골동품 등을 구경했으며, 청춘1번가에서 옛날 교복을 입고 전통놀이를 하는 등 즐거운 한 때를 보냈다.
그리고 이어 찾은 북촌한옥마을! 한복을 곱게 갈아입은 '나인아이'와 전통 풍경이 어우러져
멋진 장면을 연출했으며, 근처에 있는 익선동 한옥거리를 찾아 아기자기 상점들을 구경하고 맛있는 디저트로 하루 여행을 마무리했다.
