Tragedy Noose I don't really know what that has to do with my comment, because this segment of the show was clearly very scripted regardless. Nonetheless, I wouldn't call RapMon fluent. He has studied the language very well and familiarised himself nicely, but I'd say 'fluent' is quite a stretch. He has incredible skill in English speaking, but he can't speak in English nearly as well as he speaks in Korean. Don't get me wrong; I love hearing his English because it's highly impressive!
