Violence, political instability and non-cooperation between anglo and francophone countries are the three big challenges affecting ECOWAS. These are difficult challenges to address.

They should address poverty and security and stop insulting us with state creation. Approve state police before May 29th this year please.

The policy of 65 for medical doctors is already in Borno state and it is helping the older ones pass down critical knowledge to the younger ones. It's an issue of federalism and many states will copy the Borno standards.

Without compulsory health insurance scheme for all, the health sector in Nigeria will not work. You want health workers to be well paid and at the same time, health care cost should be cheap. That will be a tall dream.

The government’s approach to healthcare reforms is both misguided and infuriating. While hospitals remain understaffed, medical professionals are overworked, and the system struggles with poor remuneration and inadequate facilities, the focus is on raising the retirement age from 60 to 65. How is this the priority? Healthcare workers are not asking for cosmetic policy changes-they need real, impactful reforms. Improve their welfare. Increase their salaries. Create a safe and conducive working environment. These are the fundamental issues that demand attention. Anything short of this is a blatant disregard for the sacrifices of medical professionals and a failure to address the crisis in our healthcare system.

30 more states is not what we the residents want now. At a time when we are talking about security challenges we don't need new states now. Create state police before the end of the year and improve the security situation of the country please. These comedians in the house should put the horse before the cart please.
