The owner of that land isn’t a land grabber. They have been on that land for over 43 years with legitimate allocation papers from the FCTDA. If there’s any irregularity in the title that requires regularisation, what Wike should have done was to give them time to regularise. In this case, they have even paid N10M out of the money demanded. Why not give them more time to complete full payment instead of re-allocating it to another company that’s allegedly a front for the FCT Minister? Wike should know that Power of transient.
