I had one of these heaters under my bathroom sink for over 15 years. I plumbed it in to supply hot water to my bathroom sink tap and my hot kitchen tap. I have it on a timer to give me hot water when I'm home. It has saved me a fortune in electric costs.

Hello, Matt! If you want to save money, you can use an electronic timer with a schedule (I do this). Also, sometimes, once a month, you need to heat it in ECO mode or more than 60 degrees

Unfortunately, no. You can solder it, but it's a temporary solution.
