Ariston Washing Machine Door Seal Change

Mate, this was such a helpful video. Being Christmas i could not get anyone to fix a broken seal on my washing machine. Despite it being a current model the seal was very similar and same with the seal its self. With your help I was able to sort this myself without any drama's! Much appreciated.

Many thanks for this. It enabled me to replace the current seal which had been ripped off by someone leaving a sheet end in the closed door causing the machine to rotate it until the seal came off. You saved me a considerable amount of money as, with help, I was able to clean & replace the original rubber seal & springs. Tricky but doable!

Thanks for Sharing, I've finally after going through several youtube video's "especially yours" been able to take out my Ariston door seal & thoroughly clean it & place it back. thanks again.

where did you get this model Ariston gasket, and could you send me the link for that? I need a new one for replacement as well and much appreciated

I was able to do it by myself by bending the hook on the wire for the back a bit then that allowed the spring to pop in. I also didn't bother taking the door off.
