That's difficult to judge at this time. I mean, have you looked at the inside of the solo 3? There's a video on yt where the s3 is disassembled and I'm unsure. At least you can see normal wires that could definitely have used heat protection insulation. Maybe it's also extra heat-resistant wires, you'd have to ask Arizer personally. In any case, the batteries are supposedly well shielded. Includes seal

@@LarrysWelt Yes, Vape Guy's 'Solo 3 Teardown' @ 4m04s provides some ~20 seconds view on a rubber band apparently compressed against the board's outer side, possibly complemented with more rubber behind the 6 wires near 4m22s, on the opposite side. So the remaining question is why doesn't Arizer proudly advertize this exact feature coupled to its back air port as it would be a good selling point? When i check on the manufacturer's web page i find mention of an « *isolated air path* » but their claim seems too lightly substanciated visually if one considers it's sold 344.99 $Cdn, which feels a bit moot to me because of the perspective acquired from previous versions. So, even if i contact Arizer i still can't expect they'll prove even more bold than this while i believe it should be fairly easy to close the matter in an absolute definitive manner.

This makes me sad that Australia decided to ban all dry herb vape imports without government approval, I can't buy the solo 3 until a brave company applies for approval. Pharmacies can legally import, but none of them are ordering the solo 3 😢

It's a real shame about the stupid new vaporizer laws here in Australia. Been using a Solo 1 and then a Solo 2 for years now. Unfortunately it's going to be a while before I can import a Solo 3 to Aus
