Awesome!! That is the same fletching jig I have. I bought a saw and that jig 2 years ago. I have done a dozen and a half arrows so far. I have a video on my channel of me making our arrows, from cutting the shafts, inserting inserts, adding fletch wraps and then the fletching using that jig. Always good when you can do your own. Good, I'm glad you like yours too. The only complaint I have is I discovered it won't reflect crossbow arrows I guess since they're larger in diameter. Let me know if you have any suggestions for that. Thanks again Juddie for watching brother!

I really enjoy doing my own fletching and cresting!! Thanks for sharing this and I use the same color fletchings sometimes, just put a dot on the cock vane with a marker when you tune with your broadheads.

Yeah, I agree. I normally number my arrows so it's easier to keep track of which shot was better. So. I'll just write the number on the cock feather.

YES, it IS, very EZ to Use,.. IF you know some, Basic's ,. Wipe your Shafts W/ Acetone, SCRUB the Vane Bottoms W/ Acetone using, Q-Tips and LET DRY 30 seconds, Put 4 Drops of, a GOOD Glue on vane and Spread Carefully ( NOT too much Glue ), Allow, a Couple of, extra Minutes to Dry and Don't Shoot Arrows, till,.. NEXT Day ! Clock Your Arrows to Determine, whether Arrow spins, Right or, Left ! My Arrows "Clock Left" so bought, the LT-1 Model. The LT-1 Does, 6 MM and Larger, Shafts. IMO, the 3 Degree Helical is, Best for Most of, the under 60 Pound Bows, w/ 2.5 to 3 inch X .50 Tall, Vanes, to Spin Broadhead's,.. ACCURATELY,.. Good Luck !!! Oh and, be sure to, CLOSE, the E-Z Fletch Up, SLOWLY, to Keep Vanes "On Track" in Slots and the Pressure, needs to Be,.. CONSTANT !! !

You only have to wait like 30 seconds for the glue to dry. I use this all the time. And it gives you time to wipe away the extra glue.

Gotcha, I'll have to try that. Have you ever tried to reflect a crossbow bolt? Any success with that?

Hey cuz. The fletchings are the rubber feathers that are glued to the arrow to make it fly straight!
