because no one really reads law when you have the freedom to do what you want witj your body.. certain people advocating for the repeal of roe v wade, probably don't see this as a a legal issue they just think or feel this is wrong and not illegal or legal.. but they want it to be illegal.. i'm not sure why they didn't go to the legislative process to make a new law, that would have been the right remedy for me.. but they went to the judicial process to interpret what the US supreme court decision was to the state.. the supreme court did their job to interpret and in the absencen of any precedence, their decision is logical, they could have denied the case brought against them and make a decision to send it to the lower courts for a fact finding process first.. but short cuts by some people undermining democracy.. im sure the next step they would do is go to the SC again and challenge what the governor did or call for an impeachment..

Nowhere near settled... the pro abortion side is really proud of themselves right now but Pro-Life is gonna win in the end. I mean, 2 years ago, abortion was legal in all fifty states from ~6 months - birth. Now it's almost completely banned in 14 states, with tight(ish) restrictions in even more. Just look at Florida - on Wednesday, Florida went from a 15 week to a 6 week ban. Pro-Life will win in the end, and it's coming sooner than we think. Don't be on the wrong side of history. Protect the most vulnerable and the most innocent people in our society - the unborn.

The point is that the ones abusing abortion rights are not the victims of rape, but the one who don’t want any consequences of having sexual relations. And the document specifies the government shall not infringe on those inalienable rights. Everything else, technically, falls to the states. Politicians need to respect the limits of their powers and citizens must hold those politicians to account. That’s how our system is designed.
