Lawsuit needs to be inbound to USAA. Class Action. This is still happening today.

I had a USAA bank account i closed years ago because they pulled a massive bad Faith on a insurance claim! They spent a lot of time and resources making sure they didn't have to pay us For a Break-in of my home. I'm sure in the past this would not have happened! But something changed with USAA as they grew. Once I actually got a Check from them that was USAA but it was a Bank of America account? The check was legit they refused to explain why they paid me with another Banks check? That was from a weather damage claim. They say they have no ties with Bank of America "A Bank I will never do business with" but yet I have a cashed check showing they are hiding something. The USAA employees that handled that Bad Faith Claim should be arrested. I couldn't afford a Lawyer to fight it. I Lost a previous house because of the losses.

How did they know who he banked with? And 8 to 11 hours wait time for customer service? Glad he got his money back

if you or anyone you know gets a email saying your account has been hacked or what not .. DO NOT OPEN IT OR CLICK ON THE LINK. go to the web site you have saved that you use and check there for any unexpected activity's or go to a branch office or call them (if you can get threw if you use USAA) as well as change your passwords randomly and sue a 2 factor password system.
