Alford joins to talk about everything he's been working on over the last year after being forced to sit out due to the NCAA's two-time transfer policy. Between working in the film room and in the weight room, Alford has been busy making sure he's ready for the season and to play like he never left. Alford also talks about the depth at the position that the Sun Devils have stumbled upon thaks to returning players as well as NCAA Transfer Portal additions. Now entering his redshirt-junior season, Alford says that he's prepared to take on a leadership role for the program, too, whether that be for his defensive backs or the team as a whole. Well good for you, he's only there for 1 year.. He has made it known he wants NBA asap... He's out for himself, minutes & shots... Why is do you think he never officially signed with UofA. or able to sign with any other team. Either he couldn't become eligible to go there or teams didn't want to fully pay and guarantee what he or agent wanted. Arizona Lloyd does guarantee no one, earn it 1st and he doesn't negotiate NIL at player or agent terms... No player is bigger then the problem. My question why is Xavier allegedly the best in secondary if he hasn't played college football since 2021 in 2 year's i believe he could be good but make that make sense 🤔 He was a high school All American along with Myles Rowser and Kamari Wilson. Ghost hardest hitter best tackler highest PFF grade 88% tackler most experience with Simmons and a player is only as good as their last season being removed for a couple years doesn't make better than player's who played still have 2 prove yourself
