The Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH) is rushing works on the Capas-Botolan Road project in a bid to strengthen the road network in Central Luzon.
This road opening project intends to directly link the provinces of Tarlac and Zambales and to serve as access road leading to New Clark City.
