Just in time for the 4th Anniversary of the company ARJES our biggest project to date was subjected to its first test run. Man hätte die Container auch gleich unter das Förderband stellen können, so hätte man sich den Radlader größten teils erspart :) Echt eine wahre Schredder Maschine mit ordentlich Power, da kann eine Primax4000 von SSI gleich zweimal die Koffer packen. Von mir Daumen hoch.

Europe has much more stringent recycling regulations that the US. The beauty of this machine is not in the shredder, but in the unit that quickly divides the ferrous metals from the others. This is just the first step in the recycling process.

Das ist schon eine Wahnsinsmaschine! Die Autokarosserien aus Stahl werden dort reingezogen wie das Papier in meinen Büroschredder. Wenn der sich verklemmt wird automatisch kurz in den Rücklauf geschaltet? Wie ist das eigentlich mit Bauteilen die zusätzlich Kupfer enthalten, beispielsweise Anlasser, Lichtmaschine oder Scheibenwischermotoren?

Wer 4 Jahre Erfahrung gesammelt hat und dann so eine "Höllenmaschine" baut, weiß wie es geht :-) . Das wichtigste ist das Werkzeug, ich hoffe das wird nicht so schnell stumpf. Und 10 Minuten Filmchen sind nicht zu lange, da kann man jede Sekunde genießen :-)

Would it have made sense to have the scrap going into bins rather that on the ground, just adds 1 more step to move it?

peterincgy yes I agree but the hard part is having a steady supply of bins to keep placing under it, a better idea would to be put in a pit the shape of a half circle to contain it as a reach excavator any kind will do digs in the pit and live loads waiting trucks

They all seem to do that. That is in all these videpos they just let it pile up on the deck. I don't know what it is, whether it's that scrap guys aern't the brightest or that the machine is just delivered and it's just for the cameras.

This is a light duty shredder. The cars have no engines or transmissions or wheels or axles. It does not seem to have enough power to chew up an engine or any of the above.

Magnets pick up steel so all the non ferrous is left on belt, and big hovers suck up all the foam and other crap

Actually this is not correct! The primary shredder unit is comparable to our VZ 950 DK ,which you can see in action in the other videos from our channel. With the appropriate shaft system there is absolutely no problem crushing whole car bodies WITH (!) engine blocks.

I like the concept of keeping the engines and transmissions separate. They are not a high percentage of waste material. I would guess the engines and transmissions are up to 98% to 99% metal where the body/shells are about 40% metal and dropping. Output market value must be better as separate shredding runs.

Where are the hard hats and safety goggles/glasses? You only have two eyes whenever scrap metal gets into one of them and you now only have one eye.what is the value of your eyes verses the price of eye protection? And a head injury is sometimes brain damaging. You have one head and 2 eyes, you should protect them. ☆Safety First.☆
