A small health tip for the love and care we audience have for Keechu Maharaj, Hope this reaches Divya madam or Arjuna sir, I have observed that in most of the videos Keechu eats and then has his nayi nayi (shower). If that is the case it's better to have a gap of 1 to 2 hours between meal or snaks and shower; best to do the other way round i.e. to have shower first and then have snacks or meals. Reason is simple, if we have shower just after our meal, our body gets cold and it also slows the digestion process which is not good in the long run. This applies to adults as well.

@Divya just a food for thought question : do you need to first drain the slimy liquid off the can in which these beans were stored or is it not needed ? These canned beans contains the cooking liquid from the canning plant so not sure if its first needed to be rinsed off or safe to eat as is?
