Little tip: Make sure your turrets are set to only survivors because if someone brings a soaker to try and raid your base, your turrets will kill the rider and not the animal. The animal cant just break into your base. Only the survivors can. So if you set your turrets to only survivors, it would be very hard to raid your base. Now keep in mind its still raidable. They can bring a war tame such as a quezt and put foundations over there head so the turrets would it the quezt instead of you. So you have to make sure your defenses are up and you have a lot of them.

Nice only problem i see and its very common is people putting turrets to close together the turrets ols and cant fire or they clip and shoot eachother so maybe space them out a lil more and also vault drop and a few moew rows of plant x around base

You have to move the single player file into the new Rag. folder. As per patch notes: - Ragnarok singleplayer data has moved. SteamLibrary\steamapps\common\ARK\ShooterGame\Saved\SavedArksLocal Within this folder, move your Ragnarok save file and player data (LocalPlayer.arkprofile) in SavedArksLocal into it's own Ragnarok folder (the folder will be created once you load Ragnarok again for the first time since the patch).

these are good but I'd still love to see a ''structure budget" build for large bases that struggle with structure limit. we make ones with just a single pillar and the wiring runs right up it by placing the generator right. I'd love to see your take on a single pillar turret tower though.

You should consider triple layering the foundations. That is the weak point. Oh and another generator maybe

Mr. N Dre layering foundations does not help protect from the sides. If they are inside the tower attacking the foundation from above, the only place it matters, the gene would already be destroyed.

Kviden, i used your turret towers alot on the servers i play, actually i’m building 1 now, the LARGE version the 3th one. In the past everything was oke, but i found a problem now, while placing the ladders on the giant hatchframes i’m not able to clim the hatchframes anymore with the ladder. I go on the ladder clim up and then get stuck, he wont get on the hatchframe anymore, mayby because of new updates i dont know why it is not working, i tryd placing the ladders like 10 times and it won’t work. Mayby time for a set of new turret tower designs?

So this is actually a really weird building glitch with hatchframes. You can climb up a ladder on one of its four sides and the other 3 you get stick like that. You might just have to replace them and orientate them a different way.

Best way to defend your base is weaken raider before they get there by putting turrets farther out from your base so you surprise and weaken them by the time they get to your base

For the massive tower. 100 Turrets for every 100 ammo per turret...45,000 Gunpowder & 5000 metalYou have to seriously consider how much ammo your loading all those guns with before taking on that project :-)

Question though.. How do you climb ladders that aren't flush and somehow move up and over the lip? Like the ladder in the center of the 3rd tower. Its attached to the hatch frame. I've tried every snap point, but none of them allow me to climb past the lip of the hatch from since the ladder doesn't meet flush.

yeah so the ladders for giant hatch frames are buggy as shiiiiiit. There's literally only on side you can climb up it like I did in the video and with the other three you just get stuck. turns out this game is stupid ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

I was wondering of you can you build a base that is 5x5 industrial forge dino pen on top for like Pteranodon and then a buffer area ( air locking) then a sniping point, oh and also large storage area with like around 10 vaults. if you can pull if off your a god.
