For some reason when i search Ark on the playstore it doesn't show, that usually means my device can't run the game if it doesn't show up on playstore. But when i download the game on Google it works. Sure its laggy but it worked on low graphics.

because old ark mobile is de-listed from app store & google play store that means no one can find it anymore unless you already install it before de-listed or using a link to it if your device can't run the old ark at the highest setting, then it probably can't even run ark UME on the lowest setting

Right now, my main gaming device is iPad Mini 6 but due to it having exactly 4 gb of RAM. I might struggle to play it a bit. It might be time to get a new iPad. On the other hand, I also just got the iPhone 16 base model. But due to its small size. I’m considering getting a Backbone to turns it into a console. Either way I have to spend a little more money but I won’t regret it.

Mine used to be SD 720 plus 8GB max for Oppo Reno 5G. That was my phone during 2020-2022, that's when I used to play the Old version of ARK. And it suck as mosquitos, meaning its bad. But, it still run and it did almost killed my phone back then, but still fun. But ofcourse those were the unoptimized and Ark:Bug survival evolved edition. So, yeah maybe you can run this Version with that processor.
