What about placing beds in swamp and mountain ice cave near the artifact container then fast travel (make sure no items in inventory) then take artifacts then redeem in obelisk and has a chance of getting 10 from both 2 artifacts (but also need to die while in the cave because fast travel will remove the artifact)

it is depends on the damage tbh, more damage = more torpor but be careful because some dinos is just have low health if you do more damage than their hp then they die

​You can use a tame such as Pulmonoscorpius or Arthropluera. They are pretty easy to tame. I dont suggest you to clear that cave when you are still low level.
