Just finished taming took me 5 shots from my rifle since my rifle is MasterCraft, I put 3 rex kibble which took it to 80% taming and 5 prime meat which got the job done

Yeah! If you build it on quetzal spawn location then it will not spawn on that place!

@4KTRY OG33 Nope! (you can tame any creature, no level is matter), but for riding you need their saddle! Quetzal saddle unlock at level 76, or we can get quetzal saddle by doing the pursuit hunt Argentavis or by buying from the Tannery at level 56!

You can tame it at any level just the sadle is a hight level

@Majapahit You can get Quetzal saddle at level 71 or 76, or by buying from the 'Tannery' at level 56, but if you want to tame it early (without saddle), you have to first tame the Argentavis!!! For more info check my playlist - Ark Mobile Survival Series (Ep - 12, 13 and 26)!

Yes you can find quetzal if you have not build your base near the quetzal spawn location (that I have shown in this video)!
