What I'm trying to say that. The deathworm is the giga In the desert. The desert has it own giant monster. The mosasaurus is the giga of the sea or maybe the tosuteuthis. So the ocean had their own giant monster. And the wyverns. Might be the gigas of the skies I guess. They do have better elemental powers.

Is it just me or the brachiosaurus makes the deathworm seem OP?

The thing is that deathworms always spawn at level one, yet have ridiculous base stats compared to every other creature at level one. This means that if you spawn a bunch of brachiosaurus in at a normal deathworm, combined they're going to have the health and damage of a mid-ground rex. Also when I saw the alpha deathworm was more or less as tall and as chunky as a brachio, that gives perspective as to how strong alpha deathworms really are. If you could tame and level a deathworm with the sort of stats you get on a normal deathworm, it would be one of the most powerful and broken creatures in Ark, quite possibly a titanosaur killer.

@@themockingdragon135 we all know that if tamed worms were a thing,they would have the same treatment with tamed giga. Ruined stats,OP wild individual can take on more than 2 tamed ones.

why can the deathworm be knocked back if its in the ground? also wat the deathworm is stronger than a boss?!? i mean to be fair the broodmother was friendly firing the megapithecus but still!!

it gets knocked back because of the environment the death worm usually is in is loose sand (dunes, desert) but I can see why you are wondering since in this vid it is buried in grassy ground edit: also that is not a regular death worm that is the alpha which is a hella lot stronger

Singleplayer settings, clearly. I beat the Center Bosses with 6 rexes level 50 in single player settings, it's not hard at all

Deathworm and its alpha version are official and spawning in the Deathsands on Ragnarok or on scorched earth's dunes, Brachiosaurus is not however and is from a mod called: "Ark Additons"
