so DMAC your one of my favorite youtubers and this is the first time ime saying this publically but i wanted to know some other peoples opinions on if i was in the right or wrong in this situation but when i was in third grade i was diagnosed with a.d.d, o.c.d, and tourettes syndrom, but a very mild case like i would only twitch my nose or crack my knuckles so it wasnt knoticable, but my THIRD GRADE TEACHER, yes i was only in thrird grade, felt the need that i should be in a special ed class even though i was a straight A student, so she started throwing away all of my papers and saying i wasn't participating in class because she later claimed she didn't want a "slow" kid in her class and this went on for a whole quarter till my mom got my report card and i only had a 28% when my mom helped me with my homework every night and started to punish me for not turning in my work, untill two more quarters went by with a 13% and a 32% so my mom saw how upset i was and went to talk to them and the teacher got all snudy so i told her about the test we just did and the two homework sheets and got the pricipal down there and everything and found those papers in her trash can completed, but the principal was on her side, she claims it was because the teacher was just diagnosed with breast cancer, although i was just diagnosed with tourettes so i was going through a lot too, in third grade i might add, so she asked us to leave and we were escourted out of the building, so my mom went to the board of education and they did an investigation and ended up finding enough evidence (being my papers) to give me a passing grade but the teacher was never fired she continued to teach for another 4 years before she passed away with breast cancer, from that day forward i never told anyone about my conditions, and i still to this day take pictures of all my homework and im now a junior in high school, but ill never forget that teacher and what she tried to do to me, teachers get away with the dumbest and sometimes the cruelest things, and this story never made it to the news even though my family wanted it to because of "respect" for the teachers condition. i never liked that teacher but i guess she didnt deserve to die and i am really sorry for that for her and her family but i am glad she cant do that to another student ever again. and like i said before i have never really told anyone this that didnt already know so please comment below if i was in the right or wrong because ive over heard my mom talking and saying something about us being investigated by the teachers family, and i only know its serious because after that year my family never brings it up because its sort of a sensitive subject to my mom, but i heard her talking about it and i heard the teachers name so i really want to know comment and tell me what you think, and DMAC i would love for your insight as well if you read this im not asking for a shout out or anything just a reply to this comment telling me what you guys think.
