This comment is being addressed to anyone who's complained or wants to complain, please read and if you aren't satisfied then go ahead and leave a complaint. I just don't want to answer everyone individually or leave anyone without a response. I keep getting comments saying that my "stats are too high" or "I spawned an artifact" and I just want to say that it's not my fault. On speedrun.com, there's a category for ARK with stats (as well as command clauses) that have been set by a moderator about a year before this run came out. That moderator has recently stepped down, leaving me the only mod, only for me to give that moderator privilege to someone else and step down. I played using his rates, which are high, I know, but that makes this run 100% legit. His rules also state, "cheats are only permitted on a case by case basis to get a dino unstuck or to spawn in an artifact that has glitched out and will not spawn". That makes my skylord artifact spawn legit as well because it was glitched in the making of this video it wouldn't spawn. I'm sorry if you're still upset, I'm genuinely sorry, but there's nothing I can currently do. TLDR: Whether you think I'm cheating or not doesn't matter, everything in this run is 100% legit and verified by the original moderator of this speedrun

Been trying this out and initially the server was incorrectly set to difficulty 5 with twice as many dinos. Lava cave was BRUTAL but still managed to get the artefact after very much death, too long to bother with any real timing. Full run would be near impossible though, will get back to you if it's ever tried (maybe 2, 3 or 4 person could work).

@@kingwillthe1st753 I absolutely hated scorch but I decided to give it one more try and I got pretty far. It actually humbled me. You can’t always run cause you’ll get dehydrated and walking all the time made me more patient. I found out jerboas warn you if weather which was hella useful and I had good water supply and managed to make a full Adobe base. Course as usual ark fashion what I thought was an empty official pvp server turned out to be hosting a mega tribe and they wiped my base the next day

This is not a speedrun lol. 0,01x game difficulty 10000000x XP Gain / Tame speed / Egg hatch speed / Mature speed He could just as well type: DefeatAllBosses and be done with it. It's not even any% speedrun, you can use glitches on "any% speedrun" but you can't change game stats like this. If he entered boss arenas with a glitch somehow, and used a bug to insta kill the Bosses that would be acceptable, if he used an in-game mechanic and abused it to tame dinos instantly even that would be ok, but changing game stats entirely is not an "in-game mechanic".

I know that this is all legit, and still insane despite the stats. I’ve tried with these stats and haven’t even gotten near beating the broodmother within 6 hours. Props to you. It would be interesting though to see what the fastest possible time to beat this game is (solo) with normal stats. If someone even did it within a month I would be damn impressed. Still tho, this was a great way to spend 3 and a half hours! 👍
