Definitely one of the best carnage videos I have ever seen. Just curious though, are they all running the center pour over on purpose. Every boat that went river left had no problems. Just asking, I’m an east coast guy.

itomba thanks. I don’t think anyone hits that on purpose. The rapid is much trickier than it looks. Sometimes the top part sets them up so they can’t get around the big hole

Is this "Hey diddle diddle stay out of the middle" ? That rapid is a monster. Enormous rock dead center with the back flow at the bottom. It's got 2 chances to wipe you out. If it doesn't stuff you on the drop it's going to suck you back into the churn and flip you.

Its a few different rapids. One from the gorge, and one from bighorn. This is high water typically in June, but you also have the option to skip this big rapid.
