I had done Indian Creek at least 60 times over the 15 years I lived up in Springdale; and I have never seen water like that; coming out of Tunnel Cave. Must have been A LOT of rain for that kind of flow. There is a small flat spot about 10 yards down from that cave; where me and a friend packed up there; and pitched a tent on that spot. Yes...I know it was forbidden; but when the risk is little; the reward is little. Once it gets dark; you can find enough crawdads up there to fill a decent size camp pot. Just boil them in water from the creek. Thanks for the memories......

I found an appx. 30 ft waterfall in the Ozark mountains that drained down onto a rather flat rounded large rock, not into a pool. It was a good place to take a shower. A little cool, but enjoyable.

I would like to visit all of these. Is there a map with all of them pinned?

Thanks. Best thing to do is grab Tim Ernst book waterfalls of arkansas. Here you find coordinates to pin yourself

How do you get to spring house falls?
@odelloutside3 жыл бұрын
It’s right on highway between Ponca and Boxley. Coming from Ponca , Mill pond will be on left and the spring house on right across from pond.
