Hi Andrea! I love the Sew Yeah team. It's family owned and the brothers started the business for their mom (if I remember correctly). They quilt, design patterns, have a few of their own fabric lines, and the Vegas Strips are strictly their own. Every week they have an online Newstash and Destash sale here on YT. SY sells all sorts of fabric including LH and Civil War repro. They also do live auction sales on Tues and Sat nights and sometimes have popup sales. They generate a lot of free patterns for their exclusive Vegas Strips and other precuts. Great customer service and innovative marketing skills.

I was on a road trip this week and stopped at a shop where I saw this fabric. Fell in love and bought a half yard bundle 😱 Don't have a pattern in mind yet. Reminded me of winter with all those cool tones. ☺️

Love the mini cutter and love the pattern! Some of the fabrics have a bit of a Tula Pink flare but, I’m not a big fan of geometric patterns in general….Im going to check their sites for sure!

from Gerry- Vegas strips are 6,5" strips and almost all their videos contain Vegas strips. Their videos are well worth the watch. Blessings.

Yes, it's easy to get caught up in the sales and buy too much! I had to step away for a while. I am receiving their boxes this year, but I will not be signing up again for next year. The fabric is good, but I just overextended myself on subscription boxes this year, and I'm only keeping a couple of specific ones that I like better and don't cost quite as much. They do have lots of free patterns on their website.

Cooking rice became easy for me once I bought an electric rice cooker off Amazon. THe brand name is Zorushi (Chinese), is a three cup, and had all exc. reviews and it cooks rice perfectly and the price was very reasonable. It cooks very fast so if you need more than three cups , two cycles does not take very long. It never burns and is al;ways done perfectly and cleanup is easy.

Beautiful colors and the fabric is a little different. But that is what makes the pattern look so cool. I do like the pattern, but it looks a little more than I could handle. But wouldn’t know until I saw and read the pattern.😊

You should watch Sew Yeah, Tuesday new stash (11.75/yard)night 4-8 vegas time and Saturday destash ($7/yard) 4-8 vegas time you’ll be hooked. Everything from civil war to modern stuff. Tula & Lori Holt goes quick. Very fun to watch the family interactions and sense of community with all. I also am a box subscriber and love them. They have raffles from time to time 10/12/24, next one but sold out already. But tickets are $25 for either fat quarter bundle or 3 yards fabric or other choices. I mention it only because one year ago I won!!! My prize a free Janome M7!!! All with 1 $25 ticket

Ha! you were about to count them out until you opened up that pattern and saw it in a version with LH fabrics. 😂 I would say SY sells all variety of fabrics. I don't think they focus on one type of fabric/s. I am not doing the box this year. I did the first one for this year and it wasn't for me. I am not a "modern" fabric quilter. Nothing wrong with that for others but it just isn't for me.

Vegas strips, are 6 1/2 strips by WOF. They have quite a few free patterns. Here is my word of caution regarding their live shows. It’s easy to bid on the fabric, and go down the rabbit hole. Then sticker shock in the morning when you receive their invoice for all your bids. They are good people, good shop. I have learned to stay away from their live shows. I stick with FQS and buy what I need, instead of spontaneously buying during live shows. All the same, enjoy, their boxes are pretty.
